I met Livonia in that bustling European city at the most inappropriate spot to meet an honourable lady, a bar, after my second sip of Black Bison. This was a voyaging season with that long history of ailment which was in our family however in appearance, I was more grounded than real. She was also drinking, something bright, I don’t recall what, as it happened a decade or so ago, however everything you can think back is that the evening was lovely. She said that her uncle is a smithy. In our towns, metal forgers are not peered downward on, and in the childhood I had the good chance of strolling into their homes, with my dad who was into construction business. And her parents, she said, were scientists and she claimed that she had connection with the line of the great scientist Michael Faraday and her folks belonged to Sandemanian. And as for her, she is agnostic. The evening was cold and I thought vapoury. She narrated to me the interesting anecdote of her marriage and I giggled a ton in the coversation. There is bounty around, I thought, yet couldn’t sort out from where it sneaked into. She wedded her man not in a bridal cistume but in the black toggery that she wore often, coming straight from a photo shoot . Her group of friends at that season was more like a Service session. That entire day, till evening she was behind the lenses. She said she is not quite the same as her folks. She shoots short films, makes a couple of tunes and now and again writes in an American movie magazine. Recently her memoir of the seventies with her parents turned to be a big hit .Her parents were her icons as they made major discoveries working in a shed which became their laboratory. Shockingly both lost their lives in a train mishap. Now she and her younger sister are living in this European city and she is the virtual guardian of her lone sister. Where is your sister, I inquired. She is outside, Livonia said. At the point when we went out, her sister was holding up a few yards away from the main entrance. Her sister was seen praying now and then, oblivious of others- Vieni in mio soccorso in questa grande necessità così che io possa ricevere la consolazione e la protezione del cielo in tutte le mie strettezze, tribolazioni e sofferenze, particolarmente… This occurred in the fall and I needed to go to India as my mama had onerous

issues of asthma and my dad on the verge of a second attack, and I should depart soon. And she said this as well, that she had watched no less than 2000 Hollywood films. While strolling on the left-bank of the river headed for Le Havre, I revealed to her that she could be one of the women behind the camera, in case she prefers and she somewhat concurred after a little frown on her oval face. We will discuss cash later, I stated ,in an unsure tone, and was apologetic later-‘for it isn’t in my grasp’. The producer chap meanwhile had earned an ill reputation of not being on acceptable terms with directors on the issue of concepts, as he wanted the movie taken in such a way that it satisfied his boyhood tastes and this one gentleman is the third director. It is a time of change in my life, I said. And she said, a time of change in an age of reason, quoting her favourite author. I was more in a business mood and did not want to pick up controversial themes and wreck an evening. So I asked what coffee do you like, a question more to change the topic than to please her.her oval face brightened and paled according to the tone of the conversations one remarkable thing about her talk was that she seldom noticed the listener but focused her attention solely on her words -(From a Work of Fiction in Progress)
